Description: This is a fully funded half day introductory course that will equip attendees with basic skills and knowledge to provide clinical supervision within the workplace. This course is intended for clinicians working in primary and community care environments from the wider workforce professions and GPs who wish to explore how to support their staff better. It is aimed at those individuals in General Practice who have recently been asked to supervise staff and/or would like some fundamentals around the below elements of supervision.
