Create User Account

Creating a user account will enable you to book courses online, receive newsletters and manage your development portfolio.

Warning: Do not create more than one user account - if you have already used the course booking system but cannot remember your login details please contact support (Email: england.penf2enquiries.sw@nhs.net). Having one user account will ensure that there is a single accurate record of your CPD and therefore avoid confusion in the future.

Your email address will become your User ID next time you login.


Please note that course certificates will contain your name exactly as given, so if given as 'john' & 'smith', you certificates will be for 'john smith'

The email address should not be a shared email account; click here if you do not have a personal email address

Case sensitive, minimum of 6 characters & maximum of 250

The password must contain a character from 3 of the following 4 groups:

  • A digit (0 - 9)
  • An uppercase letter (A - Z)
  • A lowercase letter (a - z)
  • A symbol (non-alpha-numeric)
