DescriptionThis is a one day study day for those considering anaesthesia as a career, or for anybody who wants to improve their hands on airway, line insertion and simulation skills. This study day will be run by a diverse group of experienced faculty from SHO to consultant, and including pharmacists and ODPs. Topics include:   Basics principles of anaesthesia What anaesthetists actually do Anaesthetic specialties Hands on airway practice (including intubation and advanced airway techniques) Hands on line insertion practice Anaesthetic simulation How to improve your anaesthetic application
