Description	This regional training day will focus on leadership and team building. The Royal Marine commandos will be talking to us about managing stress under challenging situations and how to lead when the pressure is on. The Haven Banks outward bound team will then undertake Dragon boat races along the River Exe. There will also be leadership and wellbeing talks throughout the afternoon of which further details will follow.
