Description | ASCERT - The Acute Systematic Clinical Emergency Response and Treatment, or ASCERT, program is an intensive 2-day course (First day Thursday 6th November and second day Friday 7th November) that is designed for medical professionals who deal directly with acutely unwell adult patients. ASCERT is primarily engineered for junior doctors in Foundation Year 2 and early core/specialist training years. However, other medical professionals who have a direct role in patient assessment may also register. If you would like to improve the outcome of your treatment of acutely ill patients, ASCERT is almost certainly the right option for you. We take pride in the success that our delegates have in the field and we look forward to seeing you in an upcoming ASCERT session. If you have questions regarding the program, don’t hesitate to contact us. If you need to cancel your place on this course - after you have confirmed your cancellation on Maxcourse OR have got a last minute space please email Sharron Blackler at: s.blackler@ascert.pw and/or sharron.blackler@nhs.net or phone 07828 804898. This course requires a lot of work from the ASCERT team prior to the day so they need as much information as they can for the days to run smoothly. This course can be used towards the following Enhance module: patient centred practice, complex multi-morbidity. |
