DescriptionCombination of talks provided by the Royal Marine Commandos and an afternoon of team building activities at Haven Banks.

This regional training day will focus on leadership and team building. The Royal Marine commandos will be talking to us about managing stress under challenging situations and how to lead when the pressure is on. The Haven Banks outward bound team will then undertake a number of team building exercises, including Dragon boat races along the River Exe.
