Description | This is a study day for F2s mixing taught, group work and experiential elements to go through the processes that can happen when something goes wrong in a patient’s care. This can be a daunting process at any level of training and this day gives the opportunity to understand and experience something of the processes in a safe and supported context. |
Additional information | The day will incorporate face to face group work with a facilitator at each Trust, with the lecture-based element of the day being provided virtually via MS Teams. There will also be some pre-reading to help you prepare for the day. Please note catering is not available, so do bring your own snacks/lunch. |
