Arriving by car

Head towards Lancaster Town Centre. Turn right at the traffic lights outside Waterstones and continue on this road up to the Hospital.

There are road signs to the hospital as you enter Lancaster.

From the south, leave M6 at Junction 33. Head north along the A6 to Lancaster (for approximately 5 miles) passing the University. On approaching the roundabout on the south side, take the first exit leading to A588 (Ashton Road) and follow Infirmary signs.

From the north, leave the M6 at Junction 34. Turn left on A683 to Lancaster. Follow A6 south signs, take the third exit leading to the A588 as above.

Parking

Limited parking spaces are available for patients and visitors on two car parks, one on Ashton Road (pay on foot) and a second in front of Medical Unit Two (pay and display). Please allow time to find a space and park.

The pay and display machine (Medical Unit Two) only takes coins. The pay on foot machines (Ashton Road) will accept debit and credit cards, as well as notes and coins.
