Chris Dakin qualified from the University of Birmingham School of Dentistry in 2002 and gained his MFGDP(UK) in 2005. He spent the first 18 years of his career as an associate in general dental practice in the Midlands in predominantly private practice, and has interests in restorative and aesthetic dentistry, digital dentistry, occlusion and TMD.
Amongst numerous postgraduate courses undertaken, he has completed the core and advanced curricula of the Dawson Academy and has been a teaching assistant for the Dawson Academy UK. He also held a part-time clinical lecturer position with the University of Birmingham School of Dentistry for seven years.
He has lectured regionally and nationally on occlusion in restorative dentistry, and in 2020 relocated to the Wirral. He is the owner of Pensby Dental Practice – a small private practice providing high-quality dentistry with a focus on comfort, trust and long-term results.
