DPASS – Local Resolution through Practitioner support - Bernard Alston

CQC – Developments of CQC processes in line with Shifting the Balance - John Milne

Outline GDC Shifting the Balance programme

Discuss how DPASS can resolve concerns at a local level and support practitioners in keeping out of trouble
