Aims

To give an update of the NHS rules and regulations associated with NHS Dental Contract in England.

Objectives
  • Demonstrate appropriate knowledge of the regulations and legislation that impacts on dentistry.
  • Identify the structure, principles, rules and regulations associated with working as a performer within the NHS, including the current NHS Dental Contract in England.
  • Illustrate when making a claim that you are within the legislation.
