To provide an overview of commissioning in dentistry with particular reference to paediatric dental services

  • To describe the roles individuals, groups and organizations involved in commissioning of paediatric dental services
  • To describe the considerations and processes behind commissioning of dental services
  • To highlight where clinicians can be involved and influence commissioning decisions.
