Aims
  • To provide Primary care practices with an update of the fluoride prescribing audit being undertaken across Merseyside and DBOH version 3 the evidence base
Objectives
  • Understand how to complete the audit and submit for payment.
  • Understand why over 55s should receive a prescription for high fluoride toothpaste.
  • Have knowledge of DBOH as it applies to high concentrated fluoride toothpaste
  • Understand how behaviour change impacts on compliance.
