DescriptionOral Health Qualification supported by BDA online tutorials and four study days.
Additional information

This course has been developed by the BDA to ensure that dental nurses receive the knowledge, experience and competencies to support patients with their oral health. 

Online start: 01 March 2016

To gain this award, students will need to:

  • Attend all four study days
  • Hold a recognised dental nursing qualification
  • Be registered with the GDC
  • Obtain the signed support from a dentist who is willing to support your practical work
  • Have access to a variety of patients
  • Have availability of a computer with internet and sound
  • Availability to take part in a written exam on 17 September 2016 and mock exam TBC
