Aims

The seminar aims to equip participants with the skills required to confidently understand, manage and develop their own communication skills

Objectives

By the end of this session particpants will be able to:

  1. Identify their own communication style
  2. Be able to adapt their communication  style to the individual customer/colleague and their needs
  3. Understand how body language and listening play an essential role in customer/colleague relationships
  4. Understand how to ask the right questions to get the answers they want
  5. Identify and recognise how to resolve conflict using five different conflict management styles
