After 3 years of SHO jobs in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery in Truro, Portsmouth and Bristol. He taught in Manchester Dental Hospital as a Clinical Fellow for the MSc in OMFS for 11 years, also teaching on the MSc's in Endodontics and Pain and anxiety control while also working in NHS and Private practices both independent and corporate.  He has also taught at Salford University MSc in Implantology. He was also the Staff Practitioner for Implants and Oral Surgery (MSc) at UCLAN.

Since 2010 he is the Clinical Director of a multi-disciplinary practice in Lytham, one of four sites acheiving Investors in People award in 2015.

He has given numerous lectures locally and nationally on Oral Surgery and Implantology, having presented at the last four BDA conferences and two ADI Members Forums.  He has been placing dental implants since 2002 and is an ADI mentor.

He was the chairman for the BDA section for two years.

He concentrates on referrals for Implants, Oral Surgery and Bone Grafting and sedation services.
