Aims

To provide an update on treating patients with periodontal disease.

Objectives
  • To re-enforce how to deliver effective non surgical periodontal therapy in general practice
  • To highlight when referral to specialist services may be indicated 
  • To provide an insight to what advanced periodontal treatment can achieve

LEARNING OUTCOMES:

  • At the end of this course the delegates should be able to deliver effective periodontal treatment in general practice, and know when to refer more complex cases
