To increase delegates awareness of their individual Personality Types and its effect in the Workplace; To understand the importance of being Assertive both professionally and personally.

Objectives

To establish delegates individual Personality Type using the Keirsey Temperament Sorter;

Demonstrate differences between the 4 main Types; Show how your innate Type affects communication with both patients and colleagues; To demonstrate the value of assertive communication.
