Aims

To welcome and familiarise the FDs with the Education Centre and Dental Foundation Programme, by introducing the course programme and relevant ground rules.

Objectives

· Be familiar with the Foundation programme and HENW paperwork

· Identify Training Programme Directors and staff that will support them throughout the Foundation Year

· Identify and utilise resources both electronically and within the education centre

· Demonstrate an understanding of the role of Professionalism and be familiar with the GDC Standards
