Aims

To enable existing Educational Supervisors and Educational Supervisors who support assessed period training to share good practice, discuss and reflect on elements of the COPDEND standards with a specific focus on Quality Assurance (Domain 4)

Objectives
  • Discuss with dental colleagues, aspects of and core values of Domain 4 (Quality Assurance)
  • Explore the role of audit, evaluation and research in education of others
  • Consider best practice in evaluation of educational activities
  • Show awareness of quality assurance of educational activity at local and national level in dentistry.
