Aims | - To highlight and practice key communication skills in a simulated setting following a patient's journey

Objectives | - To work in small groups with an actor and facilitator to simulate and reflect on a difficult real life clinical scenario
- To practice using specific communication skills to achieve a positive outcome
- To give and receive focused and constructive feedback from colleagues
Learning Outcomes: - Being aware of key skills for clinical communication when interacting with patients and colleagues
- To participate in a simulated consultation; to observe and give feedback to colleagues
- Considering how to deal with difficult scenarios effectively to achieve a positive outcome for both the patient and clinician
