  • To highlight and practice key communication skills in a simulated setting following a patient's journey
Objectives
  • To work in  small groups with an actor and facilitator to simulate and reflect on a difficult real life clinical scenario
  • To practice using specific communication skills to achieve a positive outcome
  • To give and receive focused and constructive feedback from colleagues

  • Being aware of key skills for clinical communication when interacting with patients and colleagues
