DescriptionStandards for Conscious Sedation in the Provision of Dental Care
Additional information

The publication of standards for Conscious Sedation in the Provision of Dental Care, a report of the Intercollegiate Advisory Committee for Sedation in Dentistry created a national standard for Conscious Sedation in Dentistry. It replaces the previous documents Conscious Sedation in the Provision of Dental Care (2003) Standards for Conscious Sedation in Dentistry 2007 and Conscious Sedation in Dentistry 2012. The foundation of this report is high quality training and robust assessment of outcomes. This course will provide an opportunity for the whole dental team to review the new quality standards and share clinical experiences in the delivery of conscious sedation in the provision of oral care.
