Mandatory: Educational Supervisor, or Foundation Dentist

· In the morning session, FDs will be given a comprehensive overview of the way that primary dental care is delivered in England.

· In the afternoon session an opportunity to take part in some outdoor activities in the company of your fellow FDs.

· To further develop each individual’s interactive, communication and self-motivating skills.

· Impart the understanding of the principles of Teamwork and Leadership, in a different type of environment.

· For delegates to enjoy themselves.

· At the end of the morning session, FDs will have a clear understanding of NHS Rules and Regulations.

· To learn respect for the needs and abilities of colleagues and to acquire some of the skills required for good teamwork.
