Late Bookings Policy:

Aims

To advise dental staff of the steps to follow when a child is not brought to dental appointments and of the safeguarding implications of this situation.

By the end of this session, delegates will be able to recognise missed dental appointments as potential indicators of child neglect or wider vulnerability and respond appropriately in line with safeguarding responsibilities.
