| Aims | To develop confidence in the assessment and management of acute dental patients, including dental trauma, while ensuring appropriate NHS claiming and use of current clinical guidance. | ||
| Objectives | Understand the assessment and examination of the acute dental patient. Recognise and manage common acute dental conditions and dental trauma. Apply the correct NHS claiming processes for urgent care. Become familiar with the 'Saving Smiles' toolkit and its implementation in practice. | ||
