To prepare Foundation Dentists for the DCT interview process by enhancing their understanding of the format and expectations.

To develop effective communication, clinical reasoning, and reflective skills relevant to DCT interview stations.

To build confidence in articulating personal experiences and professional values in a structured and impactful way.

Objectives
  • By the end of the session, participants will:
  • Understand the structure and content of the DCT interview stations.
  • Identify the key competencies assessed during the interview.
  • Practise responding to common interview questions using structured techniques 
  • Reflect on personal experiences and align them with DCT competencies.
  • Receive and apply feedback to improve interview performance.
