To help delegates recognise their own boundaries and present strategies to help set, and maintain them.

Objectives

To

  • Define the importance of setting personal boundaries in maintaining good mental health
  • Review signs of unhealthy boundaries in ourselves and others
Learning outcomes

Delegates will be able to:

  • the importance of having good boundaries.
  • Recognise signs of poor boundaries in themselves and others.
  • Have practised techniques for setting boundaries.
