To increase confidence in implementing preventive and treatment strategies for very young children with a high caries risk.

Objectives

  • Discuss approaches for preventing tooth decay including what is new in population based interventions
  • Recognise the concept behind minimally invasive dentistry within the early years and how to implement this in your practice
