Description | This RSPH Level 3 award will focus on the contribution to Violence Prevention and Reduction that can be made by those in front-line and supervisory roles across the health and care sector, such as dentists, practice managers, lead dental nurses, and leadership staff. It will support learners to build the capabilities, knowledge, and confidence to identify triggers how they originate and contribute to violence prevention and reduction in their day-to-day role and everyday practice |
Additional information | IMPORTANT INFORMATION This course is fully funded via NHS public funds and as such NHSE has a responsibility to ensure that these funds are utilised responsibly and effectively. Those awarded a fully funded place on the Level 3 award are required to attend 2 full face to face days and to engage fully with all elements of the course. If an applicant, following course enrolment, cancels their place at short notice, we will not be able to fill the place, resulting in the full fee of £255 being paid. All those accepting a fully funded place should be aware that NHSE reserves the right to apply a 100% cancellation fee (£255) payable by the applicant should they not attend their 2 day face to face study days, engage with the programme or cancel their place following enrolment. Programme Layout This course will be made up of 2 face to face workshop study days at the Northwest Dental Training Hub. All applications will be considered following the closing date, 15th February 2024. You will be notified within 14 days of the closing date to inform you if you have been successful in obtaining a funded place on the course.
