  • To improve the oral medicine diagnostic abilities of those attending
  • To improve decision making when assessing a lesion - i.e do we review a lesion or refer?
  • To improve our knowledge so we can converse with our patients in a fully informed way

By the end of the session, delegates should

  • Be more confident in their ability to diagnose oral medical lesions more accurately
  • Be able to judge whether to refer or review a patient's lesion
  • Be able to explain to patients why they are being referred or reviewed & what treatment they may subsequently need
