Additional information | This will consider key phases underlying self-management; planning, performance and motivation and using feedback to appraise development. We will also consider the role of values in providing a supporting framework for development During the workshop, delegates will be hands on reflecting on their own developmental journey and engage in group discussion focusing motivational strategies. In addition, delegates will leave with an understanding of tools that can be used to self-direct their own development.
