Aims

To prepare GM primary care facilitators for their role.

Objectives

By the end of the day the facilitators will be able to:

  • Identify the GM structure and strategy to improve oral health
  • State the benefit of achieving the Pride in Practice award
  • Describe the purpose of Healthy Living Dentistry
  • Present the GM Mouth Cancer programme
  • State the benefits of primary dental care teams becoming antimicrobial stewards
  • Present the GM Dementia Friendly Dentistry programme
  • Ensure workshop meet GDC eCPD requirements
Learning outcomes

After completing the training the facilitators will be able to deliver the GM primary dental care workshops
