Looking After You Looking After Them is a series of Mental Health and Wellbeing webinars that covers different aspects of mental health and how to keep the dental team supported.

Aims

To help delegates recognise their own stressors, and develop a personal stress management strategy.

Objectives

To

  • Present the main causes of stress in our society and begin to identify our own stressors.
  • Recognise that stress management is a choice – one we often avoid making!
  • Identify what strategies are available to help us deal with stress and begin to identify the ones that would be of most value to us.

Delegates will

  • Recognise the causes of stress.
  • Be aware of the importance of dealing with stress.
  • Be able to employ a number of strategies to deal with their personal stressors, and suggestions to share with others
