Aims | To introduce delegates to the key areas under each KLOE and the most effective ways of achieving and maintaining ongoing CQC compliance through good governance systems and great leadership. |
Objectives | - Understand the role of CQC and your legal responsibilities
- Learn what triggers inspections and what happens on your inspection day helping you to prepare for the best outcome
- Examine what inspector is looking for under each KLOE and gather evidence required to not only demonstrate compliance but show examples of notable practice too.
- Identify where practices fail most often to enable you to use this information to assess and make improvements at your own practice.
- Understand how to set up systems for continuous growth, better organisation and team involvement to stay up to date and maintain ongoing compliance.

Learning outcomes | Following the session delegates will: - Become fully aware of CQC’s operating module and your legal responsibilities
- Understand how to prepare for the inspection day and impress your inspection team
- Be able to create evidence and put systems in place to maintain and oversee ongoing compliance and go above and beyond the fundamental standards
