Registration will begin at 1pm when a light lunch will be served

This session is for members of the Oral Health Network.

This course is free of charge to Oral Health Network Members only. The Network meets 4 times a year in March, June, September and December, usually on a Wednesday afternoon, at various venues across the North West. Membership runs from the 1st June each year. The annual fee of £6.00 entitles you to attend all four meetings and receive minutes and updates.

To raise awareness of the impact inadequate oral hygiene can have on the body and quality of life of the patient and their relatives/carer.

  • Describe the effects of lack of oral hygiene on the body
  • Recognise the conditions that can develop in the oral cavity
  • Explain how these conditions are treated
  • Recognise the tools to improve oral care
  • Relate learning outcomes to individuals general practice.
