To detail the indications for the use of Hall technique, pulpotomy and deciduous extractions and provide hands on experience for dental Therapists.

Objectives
  • Discuss the indications of the Hall Technique and pulpotomy and where it may be considered best practice
  • Hands on practice of both techniques
  • Gain practical experience of deciduous extractions on paediatric models

Foundation therapists will feel more confident about knowing the indications for providing Hall crowns, pulpotomies and deciduous extractions and have increased confidence in carrying these treatments out.
