To present an overview of BADN’s Menopause Policy & Advice Sheet to promote inclusivity in the workplace and ways to support employees

Objectives
  • Know what the menopause is and the effect it can have on working lives
  • Explain why such a policy is necessary
  • Clarify how they can support menopause employees at work
  • Encourage menopause employees to discuss the topic at work
Learning outcomes

You will have an understanding why dental practices require a menopause policy and what they can do to support menopausal colleagues/employees

As an employee you will be more confident in discussing this topic with your employer to help improve your working life
