Aims

To provide appropriate information to facilitate early diagnosis of Oral Cancer and the Dental teams' role throughout the patients journey from referral to rehabilitation.

Objectives
  • Identify Oral Pre-malignant conditions
  • State the referral procedures and what happens next
  • Provide an insight into rehbailitation strategies for all head and neck patients, including those who receive chemo/radiotherapy
  • Discuss the GOP/Dental Teams role, during and post-treatment of oral cancer
