This course will provide 6 hours of eCPD. Due to current COVID guidelines the theory section of this course will now be taught online via a 2 hour webinar - Monday 3rd October 6pm - 8pm. Failure to attend the webinar will result in you not being able to attend the 4 hour hands on clinical skills section of the course. Update on Current Thinking in Respect of Materials and Techniques.

Objectives

To Discuss current thinking with hands on Clinical skills practice

  • Direct composite restorations
  • Restoration of endodontically treated teeth including Nayyar cores, direct composite posts and fibre posts and cores.
  • Restoration of anteriors with Tooth Surface Loss (TSL).
  • To include use of diagnostic wax up and putty index techniques

Delegates will be able to recognise indications and direct restoration treatment options when restoring the failing dentition.
