• Share effective leadership approaches in making compliance a ‘Team Project’

• Have an understanding of the key changes CQC’s new strategy brings to the regulation
• Be aware of the evidence you need to work on in order to demonstrate compliance under the 3 ‘Key Focus’ areas
• You will know what it takes to engage your team and make compliance a ‘Team Project’
