Aims | Aim of this course is to update delegates’ knowledge and practical skills on current concepts of periodontal diagnosis and treatment planning from basics to surgical and non-surgical interventions. |
Objectives | This combination of hands –on and lecture session will update practitioners in: • Current concepts of periodontal diagnosis and treatment planning • Risk factors and periodontal treatment pathways: full-mouth vs staged approach • Non-surgical therapy, use of antimicrobials, reassessment and supportive therapy • Basic periodontal surgical techniques through simulated teaching with practical, hands-on element on pigs jaws |
