  • To increase delegates awareness of their individual personality types & its effect in the workplace.
  • To enable delegates to communicate more effectively.
  • To increase delegates awareness and understanding of Conflict Resolution techniques.
  • To introduce delegates to the relationship between Goal Setting and Time Management.
Objectives
  • To establish delegates individual personality types using Keirsey Temperament Sorter.
  • Demonstrate differences between the 4 main types.
  • Show how your innate type affects communication with both patients and their colleagues.
  • To explain the value of assertiveness & help delegates develop their interpersonal skills for dealing with Conflict Resolution.
