DescriptionThe ‘Eat well, feel good’ workshop will cover an overview of the evidence based eat well guidelines, with practical tips and techniques to make healthy choices the easy choices. It will include an interactive quiz, and introduce participants to mindful eating techniques to support their overall wellbeing.

  • List some of the top ten tips for eating well
  • Explain what is meant by mindful eating
  • Set at least one goal for dietary change/mindful eating
