Aims

• To demonstrate the initial patient assessment

• To show the areas where most problems occur when making a set of complete dentures

• To demonstrate different methods of achieving predictable dentures.

• To give tips and ideas to aid denture construction

Objectives

After the course delegates should be able to understand the theory behind complete denture construction. They will have an understanding of problem areas and how to both avoid and overcome these difficulties.

Learning outcomes

By the end of the course, delegates should have a method of patient assessment and denture design to increase their success when making complete dentures
