Aims
  • To update practice managers on key Local Dental network work programmes happening in 2018.
Objectives
  • Increase knowledge regarding the whole primary dental care team approach to preventing head and neck cancer
  • Discuss the future work to engage with other health professionals to support people newly diagnosed with dementia and increase the uptake of dental services
  • Review the Starting Well programme and the impact on primary dental care teams
Learning outcomes

Through participation in the session the practice managers will be able to engage with their teams in primary dental care to implement the Local Dental Network programmes in 2018.
