Additional information | Please note that this is one of four workshops designed to equip Lead Dental Nurses to ensure performance of the role to a high standard. Whilst each course stands alone, delegates may want to consider booking all four sessions. Aims | The session aims to define ways that team leaders can provide supportive communications that address shortfalls in a team member’s performance and enables them to improve their skills, whilst motivating the whole team to continuously improve their skills and knowledge. | ||
Objectives | Learners will conduct a detailed review of the team’s communication processes and develop a report, making recommendations for continuous improvement of team communications. | ||
