Additional information | Please note that this is one of four workshops designed to equip Lead Dental Nurses to ensure performance of the role to a high standard. Whilst each course stands alone, delegates may want to consider booking all four sessions. Objectives | Since the dental workplace is demanding and depends on professionals having the skills to make appropriate decisions on a day-to-day basis, the programme explores how team leaders can ensure that their teams are energized and motivated. In the final part of this unit, learners will consider problem solving and decision making skills, consideration will be given to the need for the information decisions are based on to be valid and accurate. The assignment will enable learners to demonstrate the knowledge and techniques covered through the unit. | ||
