To gain an understanding of Appraisal and its relevance to a pdp and ennanced continual professional development.

- To be able to conduct an effective appraisal

- To be able to work with an appraisee to produce a high quality appraisal documentation, including a SMART

Personal Development Plan that would satisfy GDC requirements
