Aims | John will aim to highlight some of the key dento-legal risk areas generally and where current circumstances increase the risk of complaints or claims and will discuss appropriate risk management (preventive) strategies. | ||
Objectives | Delegates will be better able to; Risk manage situations that might lead to complaints or claims. Recognise the importance of consent and record keeping. Deal with complaints at a local level if they do arise. Develop strategies to manage the risk of the escalation of complaints. Recognise the value of a team approach to complaint management. | ||
