DescriptionThere are six one-day practical and interactive workshops covering the key management areas. Running a practice requires operational understanding and management. This session will provide delegates with the tools and techniques to manage physical resources. You can attend the full series of six workshops or simply attend individual days.

This course aims to equip Practice Managers or those running a practice with the tools and techniques to ensure excellent resource management and workforce planning along with underpinning Health and Safety policies and risk assessments.

Glenys Bridges has many years of experience training dental teams including the development and provision of qualifications in practice management.

Please note that this is one of six workshops designed to ensure dentists and managers feel confident that they are managing their practices as efficiently and as effectively as possible.
